Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The Service integrates with third-party services to provide enhanced functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers:

When you connect a calendar integration, you authorize the Service to:

You retain ownership of all content you create, including event titles, descriptions, custom invitations, and uploaded images. Chat messages are not private communications. All messages are visible to event participants and may be accessed by event organizers for moderation purposes. Do not share sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential data in event chats.
When you participate in an event:

You may manage your email notification preferences in your account settings. Note that certain transactional emails (such as security and account-related notifications) cannot be disabled.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meetup and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS OR CALENDAR DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEETUP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS, OR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meetup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
